1st Course
Bagels and Lox w/ Lemon herb mascarpone, ancho and caper aioli

2nd Course
Crab and Scallop Mac and Cheese w/ three cheese cream sauce, scallion panko topping
Pairing: Misanthrope - Belgian-Style Saison aged in oak barrels with Brett
3rd Course
Fried Squab w/ buttermilk breading, lemon curd, pickled vegetable salad
Pairing: Pentagram 2017 - Funky, Dark, and Sour aged 1 year
4th Course
Lamb Stew w/ mint jelly and truffled fingerling potatoes
Pairing: 2016 Barrel-Aged Darkness - Russian Imperial Stout aged on Rye barrels
Dessert Course
