Half Acre Beer Pairing Dinner

Course 1: English Breakfast Benedict- Fader - can of lager beer

Homemade English muffin, breakfast sausage, griddled mushrooms and tomato, poached egg, and maybe hollandaise sauce.

Course 2: Balsamic Salmon Salad- Vim Imperial Baltic Porter

Roasted salmon shredded and tossed with arugula, spinach, cherry tomatoes, goat cheese, and toasted almonds with a balsamic glaze as a dressing.

Course 3: Mustard-Crusted Lamb Gyro- IPA TBA

It's a Gyro with fancy meat, pitta bread, tomato, cucumber, red onion, and a poppy seed Tzatziki sauce.

Course 4: Cocoa Fresno rubbed Short Ribs- Orin - Barrel Aged Strong Ale

Smoked meat on a bed of green apple slaw.

Course 5: Peanut Butter Multen Cake- Benthic - Imperial Stout

Chocolate cake with peanut butter in the middle.
