House made bratwurst, summer sausage and chicken bacon ranch sausage with a variety of mustard, jam and pickles
Course 2 - The World is Ours Cold IPA - Chicken Tikka Masala
Spicy marinated chicken skewers are hot smoked, smothered in curry sauce and served over basmati rice
Course 3 - BA Last Kiss - Moroccan Spiced Lamb Chops
Lamb chops with Moroccan spice rub served over lemon couscous with mint pesto
From Pipeworks: Barrel Aged Last Kiss Wee Heavy
We brew this Wee Heavy with Fennugreek, for a distinct maple character, and vanilla bean. The we aged it in Buffalo Trace barrels for nine months. The beer that came out of the barres is a beautiful composition of maple, oak, caramel, vanilla, bourbon and perfectly burnt sugar. Wonderful now but also will stand up to a Rip Van Winkle style nap in you temperature controlled area of choice.
