Valerie Higgins has been Fermilab’s Archivist and Historian since 2012, and she has supervised the Fermilab Library since 2021. Valerie received her bachelor’s degree in English with a minor in history from Illinois Wesleyan University in 2008, and her MLS with a specialization in archives and records management from Indiana University, Bloomington in 2010. Prior to joining Fermilab, she was assistant archivist at the Art Institute of Chicago.
