3rd Course: Rye Boulevardier
Coffee and ancho crusted rib cap, turnip mash, bacon jam, shoestring sweets.

4th Course: Artisan Series - Maple Cask Bourbon
Pancake batter cupcake, bourbon barrel maple buttercream, candied bacon, blueberry jelly.
