River Valley Rangers and friends Fox Crossing Stringband join forces for a hometown git-down!!! Join us for a night of bluegrass music at one of our favorite places!

What began as a few friends playing songs along the banks of the Fox River in northern Illinois has formed to
become the bluegrass/newgrass band that is River Valley Rangers They have developed a high-energy stringband
sound that is firmly rooted in bluegrass yet draws on a variety of musical influences. With a love of the great
outdoors, long rides on the motorcycle, river-valleys, good family, friends, food, and drink, the Rangers bring a
passion to their music that will keep you listening and grooving all night long! Having shared the bill
and the stage with artists including: Jeremy Garrett of The Infamous Stringdusters, Horseshoes & 
Hand Grenades, the David Grisman Bluegrass Experience, the Larry Keel Experience, Cold War
Kids, Pert’ Near Sandstone, Special Consensus, Hot Buttered Rum, Henhouse Prowlers, The Way
Down Wanderers, and many more regional and national artists, the Rangers continue to build a loyal
following within the bluegrass and jam scene. Burning like a Midwestern prairie fire, they aren’t
slowing down anytime soon!

The Fox Crossing Stringband consists of Allison Branch - Guitar and Vocals, Beth Earl - Bass and Vocals, Cassie Brooks - Banjo, Dobro, and Vocals, and Despina Pafralides - Fiddle, Mandolin, and Vocals. Their tight harmonies, fantastic traditionals, and exciting covers will get you dancing and keep you smilling!

Weather permitting, this will be in the beer garden beginning at 8pm and ending at 11pm. Otherwise we will be inside with music beginning at 9pm. We will update this event as the situation becomes more clear!
