Chicago based Blues & the Abstract Truth has been bringing their blend of high energy blues rock to the greater Chicagoland area since 2012. 

Made up of guitarist Mike Rizman, drummer Brett Baxter and Paul Jasper on bass, the band entertains fans of all ages with blues and blues-rock including classics by Stevie Ray Vaughan, The Beatles, Eric Clapton, The Police and other classic rock favorites. 

The name Blues & the Abstract Truth is taken from the classic 1961 jazz album by Oliver Nelson of the same name. Come check us out soon!
