Our teams got together to brew a beer especially for this gathering that will only be available at River's Edge and the Penrose tasting room!

Navette • Meat Board
Duck breast pastrami, bacon jam, house pickles, crackers

Session Sour • Lobster Hush Puppies
Corn meal fritters stuffed with lobster meat and served with remoulade

Imperial Stout • Cocoa Ribs
Coffee brined, cocoa crusted, smoked Sakura pork back ribs

River's Edge BarleyQuad • Osso Bucco
Ale braised Ox tail, with barley wine reduction

Cherry Brune • Brownie Cupcake with chocolate and Luxardo Cherry Butterceam Frosting, accompanied by a Luxardo Cherry cookie.
